At its seventh consecutive year, Crans-Montana Classics brings to all young violinists the opportunity of participating in a new high-level Violin Masterclass edition, under the direction of Maestro Shlomo Mintz. Prof. Hagai Shaham and Prof. Zhou Qian will be the guest professors this year.

All participants will receive Masterclasses from all three professors, as well as private lessons. They will also have the opportunity of performing in our Students concerts.

 Practical

• DATES → From August 1 – 10. Closing concert on Aug. 12th  (arrival day: July 31, departing day: August 13).
• Accommodation and food is provided thanks to the generous support of ‘CMClassics Friends’.
• Open to young talented violinists (up to 27 years age) whatever their nationality (candidates under 16 must be accompanied by parent/guardian).
• Application fee: 100 CHF (not refunded) / Admission fee: 750 CHF (⇒ To be transferred when the candidate is accepted to confirm his/her participation)

 How to apply

• Sign up the online application (you will find a link below)
• Prepare a video with a work of your election and a duration of 15 minutes max., and upload it on YouTube (with hidden link, if you wish) or otherwise. Send the link in the same email, together with the payment (see next point)
• Pay the application fee and send the proof of the payment by sending an email to balonso@cmclassics.ch.
