The FIGUIM (International Guitar Festival of Madrid) is a unique experience to enjoy guitar in some of the most charismatic venues of the city. Next edition, an exceptional cast of musicians will leave an unforgettable imprint on the audience’s memory.
Since its first edition in 2019, outstanding artists has been invited have been invited to the Festival such as David Russell, Manuel Barrueco, Ana Vidovic, Marcin Dylla, Zoran Dukic, Rafael Aguirre, Àlex Garrobé or Ricardo Gallén.
This year, for the VI Edition, the guitarists who will visit the different Festival’s venues are David Russell, Aniello Desiderio, Isabel Dobarro, Anabel Montesinos, Yhael May and Miguel Trápaga.
Venues like “Ateneo de Madrid”, where legendary figures such as Andrés Segovia have performed, or the National Auditorium, where the present and future of the national and international Music Culture come together, will include numerous activities around the instrument. Once more, the city of Madrid will be the cultural centre of guitar music.
