The CCP proudly presents FORTE, the 40th Concert Season of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO). This landmark season showcases an exciting program of classical masterpieces and newly commissioned works, performed by a distinguished lineup of Filipino and international soloists, all under Maestro Grzegorz Nowak.
FORTE begins with its inaugural concert, “FIESTA!” featuring the acclaimed violinist Shlomo Mintz, under the baton of Grzegorz Nowak. First visit to the Philippines of Shomo Mintz, who will perform the beautiful Max Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor, Op. 26.
